Fruit juices that will help you lose weight in a short time

1- Apple Cider Vinegar with Strawberry and Lemon



  • 2 tablespoons frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ice and water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


  1. Put the strawberries in a glass of your choice.
  2. Mash the strawberries with a spoon. If you want to sweeten this slimming drink, add honey to the mix.
  3. Pour lemon juice and apple cider vinegar into glass. Add ice to the brim before filling with water.
  4. Mix all ingredients with a spoon for at least a minute before consuming.
